David Richter is an active real estate investor who has been essential in closing over 850 deals which include wholesale, turnkey, BRRRR, owner finance, rentals, lease options, and any other exit strategy you can think of. While growing and building a real estate business from 5 deals a month to over 25 deals a month, he realized that as much money was coming in, it was going right out. With the unique opportunity of being in every seat as a real estate investor, he found a calling to the company’s finance seat to help them see where their money was really going. David has helped real estate companies completely turn around from going out of business to building cash reserves through his profit advising company Simple CFO Solutions, LLC. He is the author of Profit First for Real Estate Investing. His goal in life is to completely transform the Real Estate Investing industry when it comes to how real estate investors view their finances and – bring them true financial clarity and freedom.

Christina is a seasoned accountant and business professional who holds a Master of Accountancy Degree, supplemented by a CFO Certification and Profit First Certification. She has expertise in every aspect of accounting, profitability analysis, and financial management. As the Director of CFO Services, Christina recruits, trains and oversees all our CFO consultants and the service they provide to our clients.
Prior to SimpleCFO, Christina worked as a senior consultant for the federal government and excelled in audit review and designing processes for the accounting departments within the USMC. More recently, Christina spent multiple years in property management as a Controller for a multiple entity real estate and asset management firm. She and her husband have been real estate investors for 11 years. They started with flipping houses and owning small rentals and have worked to own and manage over 125 residential apartment and commercial units.
John Cruz, Administrative Director of Simple CFO Solutions, has one goal in life, to make every experience throughout our entire process to be above and beyond expectations. He is committed to excellence and to making sure that every entrepreneur we work with grows and succeeds. He has been in the real estate industry for over 8 years and has worn many different hats from acquisitions manager, property manager, and bookkeeper just to name a few. He has been a good friend of David for many years now.
As Director of Client Services, Rebecca Howell oversees client onboarding and the overall client experience.
She is also the owner of Custom Bookkeeping & Accounting Solutions, LLC, an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor, and an Enrolled Agent.
Her extensive background in bookkeeping and accounting has equipped her to provide exceptional services to our clients.
In her spare time, Rebecca is a gardener and Board Member of Food Backpacks 4 Kids, whose mission is to feed children and families in times of need.
Prior to integrating the day-to-day operations at SimpleCFO, Pete served as the Integrator of Operations for a Real Estate Company.
