Meet The Founder

David Richter

David is an active real estate investor who has played a key role in closing over 850 deals. His experience spans across various strategies, including wholesale, owner finance, rentals, and virtually every exit strategy imaginable.

While growing a real estate business from 5 to over 25 deals a month, David realized that money was going out the door faster than it came in. He discovered his true calling in the finance seat, helping businesses understand where their money was really going.

David has helped real estate companies avoid going out of business by building cash reserves and implementing the Profit First cash flow system. His expertise has been showcased on BiggerPockets, Disruptors with Steve Trang, and many other prominent podcasts, shows, and stages.

David authored Profit First for Real Estate Investing, a tailored version of Mike Michalowicz's original Profit First, tailored for real estate investors. His mission is to transform the real estate investing industry by helping investors not only make, but also keep, more money in their businesses.

As the founder and owner of SimpleCFO Solutions, David is committed to bringing business owners true financial clarity and freedom, ensuring they stop living from deal to deal.

Meet The Partner

Christina Gutierrez

Christina is David's partner in SimpleCFO and is a real estate investor in her own right. She owns numerous properties, from single family homes to a large apartment complex. She has significant experience with managing financial information and operating Profit First methodology for real estate of all sizes.

She also coordinates SimpleCFO's Chief Financial Officers, oversees the Bookkeeping service, and works to create new services to help clients to more easily see and understand their finances.
